  • Collaborate with development and product teams to improve backend tracking, data pipelines, and analytics implementation
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across GA4, backend systems, and BI tools
  • Generate actionable insights and proactively highlight performance issues, trends, and opportunities
  • Define and track key KPIs across marketing and business functions
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between platforms (e.g., GA4 vs Ads vs backend data)
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Proactively follow up with teams to ensure implementation of tracking, reporting, and data fixes
  • Own and manage end-to-end reporting and analytics across marketing channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and database design
  • Experience working with backend systems and data pipelines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analytics
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or performance marketing-driven businesses

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Experience in agile environments and working closely with engineering teams

Key Competencies:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
