Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced N8n Workflow Automation Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining automation workflows that connect our internal tools, APIs, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize complex N8n workflows for data automation, marketing, and backend operations.
  • Create and manage webhooks to connect various applications and services.
  • Develop AI agent-based automations using tools like OpenAI, or ChatGPT API
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing N8n flows to ensure high reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with N8n
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Experience working with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent creation and OpenAI/LLM API integrations.
  • Basic understanding of database operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
