UI/UX Strategist
LearnTastic is a fast-growing online education platform providing accredited continuing-education and compliance courses for professionals across industries - from healthcare and construction to HR and education. With more than 1,000 courses and over a million learners served, LearnTastic is redefining accessible, self-paced learning. Our mission is to make professional development simple, engaging, and impactful - anytime, anywhere.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll help shape the learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations nationwide. At LearnTastic, great design isn’t just about usability—it’s about transforming how people learn and grow.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Strategist who thinks beyond “good copy” and writes with user journeys, flows, and conversion in mind. You’ll shape how users experience our product through words - from onboarding to CTAs to the smallest pieces of microcopy.
This role sits at the intersection of content, design, and product, working closely with designers and developers to ensure every word supports clarity, usability, and action.
Responsibilities:
- Write and structure website and product content aligned to user flows and user intent
- Create clear, effective onboarding content, including walkthroughs, tooltips, and guidance
- Craft high-impact CTAs, microcopy, and UI text that drive understanding and conversion
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers using Figma, wireframes, and user flows
- Review and refine content directly within designs, not just in docs
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across the product experience
- Use user behavior, feedback, and data to continuously improve content effectiveness
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in UX writing, content strategy, or product content
- Strong understanding of user journeys, onboarding, and conversion principles
- Ability to write concise, clear, and purposeful copy for interfaces (not long-form marketing)
- Comfort working with Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers
- A user-first mindset with attention to detail and empathy for real users
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS or digital products
- Familiarity with usability testing or A/B testing
- Background in UX design, psychology, or human-centered design
