LearnTastic is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or EdTech. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, coach and develop sales representatives, and establish a high-performance sales culture focused on the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates.
  • Conduct regular sales training, coaching sessions, and role plays.
  • Track and monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and sales productivity.
  • Audit sales calls and email communications to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain sales process discipline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through technology and automation.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling to US corporate customers.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, Compliance, or Corporate Learning.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience with KPI tracking, sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.
  • Comfortable auditing calls, reviewing emails, and providing actionable coaching.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging AI, automation, and sales technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI sales tools, sales engagement platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Experience in corporate training, compliance, or certification industries.

  • Revenue target achievement.
  • New enterprise accounts acquired.
  • Pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Team quota attainment.
  • Sales call and email quality scores.
