Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects across distributed teams in a fully remote environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and smooth coordination between business, product, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create execution plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Track progress and maintain project documentation.
Remote Team Coordination
- Coordinate across remote teams including design, development, QA, and business.
- Conduct virtual stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Ensure clarity of tasks, ownership, and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Share regular updates, reports, and escalation summaries.
- Gather and translate requirements into execution plans.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early.
- Drive issue resolution and escalate when required.
Quality & Process
- Ensure deliverables meet business and quality standards.
- Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication (critical for remote work).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum or basic project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management ability.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in project coordination or project management.
- Experience working with remote teams preferred.
