We are looking for a highly organized HVAC Dispatch / Phone Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating calls, supporting technicians, handling inbound communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on urgency, location, and technician availability
- Communicate appointment details and updates
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes when necessary
- Create and update work orders in the dispatch system
- Follow up regarding appointments, delays, and service completion
- Support technicians with job information, communication, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, interactions, and job status
- Escalate urgent issues or concerns to management when needed
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer support, call center, or HVAC/service industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries
- Familiarity with dispatching softwares
- Bilingual skills are a plus
