LearnTastic is looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Junior Sales Support Specialist to help the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in sales, customer communication, CRM systems, and business operations. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools, communicates well in English, and is willing to learn. You will work closely with the Sales team to keep customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation organized and up to date. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team. 
  • Update and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM. 
  • Help organize and track sales leads and follow-up activities. 
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for sales representatives. 
  • Prepare basic spreadsheets, reports, and sales-related documents. 
  • Help monitor pending follow-ups and remind sales representatives about upcoming tasks. 
  • Assist with customer and prospect communication through email and other channels. 
  • Support the team with preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other documents. 
  • Perform accurate data entry and keep sales records organized. 
  • Help collect and organize sales data and basic performance metrics. 
  • Follow up on simple customer or internal requests and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member. 
  • Coordinate basic information between Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and other teams. 
  • Learn and use CRM, sales, and productivity tools. 
  • Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as needed. 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, customer service, internships, or a similar role. 
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 
  • Good organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools. 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. 
  • Comfortable learning CRM and sales tools. 
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to follow instructions independently. 
  • Ability to manage several simple tasks and meet deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-volume sales or administrative environment.
  • Experience using CRM or sales management platforms.
  • Experience preparing sales reports and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with lead management, order processing, and customer account management.
  • Experience in an online education, SaaS, technology, or professional services environment is a plus.
