- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to tailor staffing solutions accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions to address their workforce challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing services that meet client expectations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client staffing requirements.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of our staffing services, demonstrating how they address specific client needs.
- Provide consultative guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a focus on staffing services.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its various segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Obsessed with systematic follow up regarding the sales process
Education and/or Experience:
- Previous Business-To-Business (B2B) Sales Experience required.
- No degree required but degrees in business, marketing and communications are helpful
- Basic computer skills. Role will utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Products, Dayforce, & Concur.
- Demonstrated history of teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to learn new products, services, and technology
