Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Training Executive with a sales background, preferably from the Ed Tech or B2B product selling industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that will equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales training and a passion for education and learning.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge
- Design and develop training programs, including online modules, webinars, and in-person workshops
- Deliver training programs to sales teams, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and relevant
- Develop and maintain training materials, including training manuals, presentations, and handouts
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers to track the progress of sales reps and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and education
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales training, preferably in the EdTech or B2B product selling industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of learning management systems and other training technologies is a plus
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of learners and sales reps alike
