About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager – Paid Media to oversee and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other emerging social channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI and efficient budget utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve engagement and conversions.
Explore and test new social media advertising platforms to expand reach and diversify acquisition strategies.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

Track and analyze ad performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
Optimize bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Identify opportunities for cost reductions and performance scaling.
Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues related to Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution.

Audience & Targeting

Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
Implement dynamic audience targeting based on engagement levels and behavioral insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to align ad creatives with audience preferences and campaign objectives.

Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Continuously monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and generate detailed reports on campaign performance.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement and future campaign strategies.
Work closely with the analytics team to integrate tracking tools and ensure seamless data collection.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in paid social media advertising with a focus on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging platforms.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads.
Experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and data analytics.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting tracking issues and setting up tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in managing budgets efficiently and maximizing ROI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
Have worked in industries with high-competition paid acquisition (e.g., e-learning, fintech, gaming).
Have experience in multi-channel remarketing strategies.
