Position Overview
The Integration Developer will design, build, and maintain enterprise system integrations across multiple operating companies, with primary focus on NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and Bullhorn (ATS). This role is responsible for SuiteScript and Apex development, API design, system-to-system data flows, and the technical execution of the Zenople-to-Bullhorn migration for the staffing business. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with at least two enterprise platforms, strong API and data modeling skills, and a disciplined approach to data governance across complex, multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Systems Development
• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics across manufacturing, import/export, and family office entities.
• Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows across both the manufacturing and staffing CRM instances.
• Design and implement Bullhorn customizations, workflows, and integrations following the migration from Zenople.
• Support in-flight NetSuite modules including S&OP and Cash Flow Forecasting capabilities.

API Design & System Integration
• Design, document, and maintain clean REST APIs that Application Developers and automation workflows can consume.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Pardot, Clay, Fireflies, and other platforms.
• Own the integration layer across enterprise platforms, including authentication, error handling, retry logic, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n and similar iPaaS platforms.

Data Migration & Governance
• Lead technical execution of the Zenople-to-Bullhorn data migration, including field mapping, data validation, and cutover planning.
• Enforce data modeling, master data, and referential integrity standards across enterprise systems.
• Establish data quality checks, audit trails, and governance practices that scale across operating companies.
• Document integrations, data flows, and architectural decisions for long-term maintainability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with operating-company leaders, system administrators, and external platform partners.
• Collaborate closely with Application Developers on shared features and API contracts.
• Work with business analysts and data stakeholders to scope reporting and analytics requirements.
• Provide technical guidance during vendor evaluations and platform decisions.

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of enterprise systems development experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: NetSuite (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics), Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows), or Bullhorn.
• Strong API design and integration experience, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, master data management, and data governance within ERP and CRM environments.
• Working knowledge of at least one iPaaS or automation platform (n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make).
• Experience with ERP or CRM migration projects is strongly preferred.
• Active certifications in SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Bullhorn Marketplace Partner programs are preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Supabase, or modern data warehouse patterns is a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or staffing industries is a plus.

• Global remote position
• Requires at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day
• Minimal or no travel
• Fluency in the English language; written and verbal proficiency (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale)
