We’re looking for an Automation Expert who can design, build, and scale business-focused AI automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to connect systems, APIs, and tools to create reliable, outcome-driven automations that save time and drive growth.

You’ll work closely with business, marketing, and product teams to turn real-world problems into smart automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered business automation flows to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows using n8n and related automation platforms
  • Integrate multiple systems using APIs, Webhooks, and third-party services
  • Connect CRMs, marketing tools, databases, AI models, and internal systems for seamless data flow
  • Ensure automations are scalable, secure, and reliable
  • Debug, monitor, and continuously improve automation performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation logic
  • Document workflows, integrations, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience building business-focused automation workflows, especially with AI components
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n (or similar tools like Make, Zapier, Peltarion, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods
  • Ability to connect and sync data across multiple platforms and systems
  • Experience integrating CRMs, marketing platforms, databases, and AI tools
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to think in systems, logic, and workflows - not just tools
  • Experience working with AI models (OpenAI, LLMs, vector databases, etc.)
  • Understanding of scalability, error handling, and automation QA best practices
