About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse, you oversee clinical care delivery and guide the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage care plans
  • Supervise CNAs and medication staff
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to medical needs
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation
  • Communicate with families and providers

Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license
  • Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (senior care preferred)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
