LearnTastic is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support the company in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and workplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will help ensure that HR processes run efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment, strong employee relationships, accurate records, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.

The Human Resource Executive will work closely with employees, managers, leadership, and internal teams to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, address employee concerns, maintain HR records, support performance management, organize training programs, administer payroll and benefits, monitor employee engagement, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting the selection process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring required documentation, orientation, system access, and onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain regular communication with new employees throughout the onboarding process to support a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies.
  • Listen to employee concerns, questions, and grievances and work with managers and leadership to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Support conflict resolution and help address workplace issues in a fair, professional, and timely manner.
  • Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions, policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure employees and managers understand and follow company HR policies, procedures, rules, and standards.
  • Monitor HR practices and processes to support compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and HR information in Keka and Google Drive.
  • Ensure employee files, contracts, onboarding documents, attendance information, leave records, and other HR documentation are properly maintained and organized.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, compensation, performance, and other sensitive HR information.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, feedback, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate performance review schedules and ensure managers and employees complete required performance management activities on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, communication, and workplace practices.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Work with managers and employees to identify training needs and support the planning of relevant learning and development activities.
  • Coordinate training schedules, attendance, materials, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities designed to improve employee satisfaction, collaboration, motivation, and retention.
  • Monitor employee engagement and gather employee feedback through surveys, meetings, discussions, and other appropriate methods.
  • Assist in identifying employee engagement trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, respectful, and professional workplace culture.
  • Support company initiatives that promote employee well-being, teamwork, communication, recognition, and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Assist management in communicating HR policies, announcements, initiatives, and organizational updates to employees.
  • Administer payroll-related HR activities, ensuring employee information, attendance, leave, compensation, and other required data are accurate and submitted within established timelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams or external payroll providers to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave, attendance, and other employee programs.
  • Maintain accurate records related to payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, and employee status changes.
  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, employee summaries, and other HR-related documentation as required.
  • Track and maintain HR metrics, including recruitment activity, employee turnover, attendance, leave, engagement, onboarding, and other relevant HR indicators.
  • Assist leadership and management with HR reporting, employee information, workforce planning, and HR-related decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Management, and other internal teams on payroll, employee records, onboarding, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Identify and report unusual activity, employee concerns, documentation discrepancies, compliance issues, or other HR matters to the appropriate supervisor or management.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible HR records, files, reports, policies, and documentation.
  • Ensure HR processes and employee information are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Stay informed about relevant HR practices, employment regulations, and workplace trends that may affect the organization.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and assist in identifying potential workplace issues that may impact employee satisfaction or turnover.
  • Perform other HR, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources, HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience handling employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment compliance requirements.
  • Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Experience using HR management systems or HR information systems; experience with Keka is preferred.
  • Experience using Google Drive, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other HR or administrative tools.
  • Experience supporting payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, or other HR administration processes.
  • Experience supporting performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities while collaborating effectively with employees, managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate HR policies and procedures clearly and professionally to employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with empathy, professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, organizational requirements, and HR processes.
  • Strong follow-through and ownership of assigned HR tasks, employee requests, recruitment activities, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a growing company or fast-paced professional environment.
