LearnTastic is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, maintain accurate records, support managers and employees, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage daily HR activities, maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interview scheduling to selection, onboarding, and employee integration.
- Employee Relations: Address employee questions and concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain professional, confidential, and constructive employee relationships.
- Performance & Development: Coordinate performance reviews, feedback processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate payroll-related data, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits records, coordinating with Finance or external providers as needed.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Support initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction, collaboration, well-being, and retention while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, identify process improvements, and support management with workforce-related information and initiatives.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with employees, managers, leadership, Finance, and other teams to ensure consistent communication and effective HR service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and employment compliance.
- Experience with HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, or benefits.
- Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Keka is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital administrative tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred: Experience working in a growing company or a fast-paced professional environment.
