Job description
Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Accreditation Associate to oversee regulatory compliance and accreditation processes across our programs. This role ensures we meet all federal, state, and industry standards, while maintaining strong relationships with accrediting and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and apply relevant U.S. compliance regulations (e.g., ANSI, IACET, Texas laws).
- Manage accreditation submissions and renewals with agencies like IACET, DEAC, or state boards.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure policy and training alignment.
- Support staff education on compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance or accreditation (education, healthcare, or training sectors preferred).
- Familiarity with U.S. accrediting bodies and regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
