As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring each guest experiences the exceptional service and care that define who we are. You will handle calls, texts, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth, helping guests with reservations, questions, and concerns while promoting our services and encouraging repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, text, or other communication channels with
- professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm reservations while accurately maintaining guest records.
- Provide detailed information about our waxing services, products, and promotions.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience and
- brand loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services, products, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and enhance customer
- satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across booking and CRM systems.
- Uphold brand standards for phone etiquette and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and typing skills.
- Experience using booking systems, CRM platforms, and Excel (or similar tools).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving customer issues.
- Able to work independently in a quiet, professional remote environment.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
Terms
- 20 days of paid time off (PTO)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- U.S. public holidays observed
