Role Overview

The VP – Corporate Sales will serve as a senior strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise sales, building high-value relationships, and positioning LearnTastic as a trusted partner for HNIs, large corporations, and global networks.

This role includes significant exposure to high-level stakeholders alongside the CEO, representation at key tradeshows (including US markets), and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Relationship Management

  • Meet HNIs, CXOs, and senior decision-makers with the CEO to position LearnTastic’s value proposition.
  • Drive acquisition of large corporate accounts and multi-year partnerships.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships that drive revenue expansion and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver compelling enterprise presentations, proposals, and executive-level storytelling.

US / International Representation & Trade Show Strategy

  • Develop the annual trade show, conference, and event calendar to maximize exposure and ROI.
  • Represent LearnTastic at priority US-based tradeshows, networking events, and partner meetings.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for brand visibility, speaking engagements, and industry leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on pre-event campaigns, booth strategy, and lead funnels.

Sales Leadership & GTM Strategy

  • Define and execute LearnTastic’s enterprise sales strategy and targets.
  • Implement structured sales processes, forecasting models, and pipeline governance.
  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align delivery with customer expectations.

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives including new market entry, enterprise partnerships, and global scaling.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to shape LearnTastic’s GTM direction.
  • Provide structured, data-driven guidance to influence product priorities and revenue strategy.


Required Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in closing large corporate deals and engaging senior leadership (₹1 crore+ deal sizes preferred).
  • Experience selling SaaS, HR Tech, L&D, compliance tech, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Executive presence with strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience representing a company at conferences or trade shows (India and international).
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Founders/CEO in high-stakes conversations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to US markets or prior experience attending US tradeshows.
  • Leadership experience in early-stage or high-growth companies.
  • Understanding of regulated industries and continuing education/compliance ecosystems.
  • Ability to build and scale a strategic sales function from ground up.
