Learntastic is seeking a Partner Management & Course Enablement Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem, including vendors who host and deliver courses on our platform.

This role is responsible for managing existing partner relationships, onboarding new content partners, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable course creation across the platform.


You will act as the bridge between partners, internal teams, and learners—ensuring partners succeed and courses meet Learntastic’s quality, compliance, and commercial standards.

Responsibilities:

Partner (Vendor) Management – Core Ownership

  • Own relationships with existing content and course partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for:
    • Partner onboarding
    • Ongoing coordination
    • Performance management
  • Ensure partners meet contractual, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor partner performance and content effectiveness
  • Address issues related to content quality, updates, and delivery

New Partner Sourcing & Evaluation

  • Identify and evaluate new content partners aligned with Learntastic’s portfolio
  • Assess partners on:
    • Content quality
    • Subject matter expertise
    • Compliance and accreditation readiness
    • Commercial viability
  • Support contract discussions and onboarding processes
  • Expand partner ecosystem in line with business growth goals

Course Creation & Enablement

  • Guide partners through course creation and submission workflows
  • Ensure courses meet:
    • Learntastic quality standards
    • Regulatory and accreditation requirements
    • Learner experience expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams on:
    • Instructional design
    • Content review
    • Compliance validation
  • Support course updates, refreshes, and versioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
    • Compliance and accreditation teams
    • Product and platform teams
    • Content and instructional design teams
    • Marketing and operations
  • Ensure smooth handoffs from partner onboarding to live course launch
  • Communicate partner needs and feedback internally

Process, Documentation & Governance

  • Build and maintain partner onboarding and course creation documentation
  • Improve processes for:
    • Partner communication
    • Course review cycles
    • Issue resolution
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability as partner volume grows

Key Outcomes & Success Metrics

  • Strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Timely onboarding of new partners
  • High-quality, compliant courses launched on schedule
  • Reduced partner friction and rework
  • Expanded and diversified content portfolio

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5–8+ years in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program management
  • Experience working with:
    • External vendors or partners
    • Content, education, or digital platforms
  • Exposure to course creation, instructional design, or content enablement preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Partner relationship management
  • Program and process ownership
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and timelines
  • Comfort working with compliance-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, training, certification, or compliance-driven education
  • Familiarity with accreditation or regulatory requirements
  • Experience onboarding and scaling partner ecosystems
