  • Keep employee data in the HRMS accurate and up to date - new joiners, changes and exits
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation: offer letters, employment records, letters and certificates
  • Coordinate with our payroll team by sharing monthly inputs (attendance, leave, joiners and exits) and checking data in Excel before processing

Employee support

  • Respond to employee HR queries over email and Microsoft Teams, across different countries and time zones
  • Manage the HR shared mailbox - make sure every query is acknowledged, tracked and closed
  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager with the right context

Recruitment and onboarding

  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in JazzHR, Upwork, Internal ATS
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across time zones
  • Run onboarding for new hires - documentation, welcome communication and coordination of system access, training coordination

Working with the HR Manager

  • Prepare HR reports and trackers as needed
  • Offboarding support
  • Stakeholder management
  • Support the HR Manager on ongoing HR initiatives and ad hoc tasks

What you need

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and the discretion to handle confidential employee information
  • Able to manage several open queries at once and follow them through to closure
  • Comfortable working the full shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST) consistently, Monday to Friday and (4.30 PM - 1.30 AM IST- Daylight savings)
  • Your own laptop or desktop and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Good to have

  • MBA / PGDM in HR
  • Experience supporting employees based outside India, or working in a global or multi-country company - a strong advantage
  • Exposure to Keka, JazzHR or similar HRMS/ATS tools (not required; we will train you)

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 per month in-hand, after PF and Professional Tax deductions. The final offer within this range depends on experience and interview performance.
  • Paid time off: 20 days of annual PTO
  • Provident Fund (PF)
  • Fully remote work, Monday to Friday - no commute and weekends off
  • Global HR exposure: hands-on experience supporting a workforce across seven regions

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
