Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced QA Manager to lead multiple projects and ensure the highest quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and basic automation, with experience in managing timelines, priorities, and team collaboration using Jira.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Utilize basic automation tools to improve testing efficiency where applicable.
  • Maintain and update existing automation scripts.
  • Manage Jira workflows, including bug tracking and project tracking.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Generate and analyze Jira reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 5–6 years of experience in QA (manual + automation).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Python
  • Ability to design test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Experience leading QA cycles for web applications and high-traffic sites.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and release processes.
  • Ability to identify defects, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman) and basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) & Responsive testing
  • Experience working with Jira and documenting test coverage.
  • Ability to drive AI-based QA initiatives (AI test generation, defect prediction, quality analytics, model output validation).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Comfort managing QA for multiple websites simultaneously.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation, AI-assisted testing, and best practices.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a QA Manager role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent understanding of programming languages used in automation tools.
