About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery across multiple digital and web-based projects. The ideal candidate will work cross-departmentally with Development, QA, Design, and Marketing teams — ensuring strategic alignment, resource efficiency, and on-time delivery within defined budgets. This role combines operational project management with strategic planning — ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day execution with long-term vision and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end project delivery — from requirement gathering to final launch.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Development, QA, Design, Marketing) to align on timelines, dependencies, and quality benchmarks.

• Contribute to strategic planning by translating business goals into actionable project plans and roadmaps.

• Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Own project budgets — track costs, optimize resource allocation, and report variances.

• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.

• Conduct regular check-ins and ensure clear communication with department leads and management.

• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to minimize delays or overspending.

• Provide post-project analysis and strategic input for process and performance improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience in project management within IT, digital, or web development.

• Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and QA processes.

• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and cost tracking.

• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).

• Ability to manage teams and drive collaboration across departments.

• Familiarity with web technologies (WordPress, CRM integrations, etc.) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred).

• Prior experience in website development, CRM integration, or SaaS projects.

• Strong presentation and reporting skills for management reviews.

What We Offer:

• Opportunity to lead impactful, multi-brand digital projects.

• Exposure to strategic and operational project planning.

• Collaborative work environment with cross-departmental growth opportunities.

• Competitive compensation aligned with experience and results.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
