Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and leadership team on marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategy.
- Represent Marketing at the C-suite level, ensuring alignment with company goals and board expectations.
- Architect and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliates, and automation.
- Own the full marketing funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and brand advocacy.
- Provide direction to internal marketing teams and agency partners, ensuring accountability for performance.
- Mentor and elevate internal talent, building a high-performing digital marketing function.
- Establish a metrics-driven culture with clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Optimize spend allocation across digital channels to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Strengthen brand presence across platforms with consistent, compelling storytelling.
- Leverage data and insights to refine customer segmentation and journey mapping.
- 15+ years in Marketing, including 5+ years in C-suite or senior executive leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling digital-first organizations with measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong command of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
