The BI Developer will play a key role in transforming manufacturing, operational, and financial
data into actionable insights across multiple facilities. This role sits at the intersection of
business intelligence, ERP customization, and AI-enabled workflow orchestration. The BI developer will be responsible not only for building dashboards and reporting solutions but also
for designing and coordinating data flows, automations, and system integrations that drive
operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate can translate business needs
into scalable technical solutions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and leverage modern AI
tools to accelerate development and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

BI Development & Analytics
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions (primarily Power BI) across manufacturing, finance, and operations.
  • Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visualizations that support decision-making.
  • Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Ensure dashboards are scalable, consistent, and aligned across multiple facilities and functions.
ERP Customization & Data Integration
  • Design and implement ERP enhancements, particularly within NetSuite environments (SuiteApps, Suitelets, workflows).
  • Develop and maintain scripts using SuiteScript and queries using SuiteQL.
  • Build and manage integrations between ERP and external systems (BI platforms, MES,
  • finance tools, APIs).
  • Support data extraction, transformation, and synchronization across systems.
AI-Enabled Workflow Orchestration
  • Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, and analysis.
  • Design lightweight automation and orchestration workflows that connect systems, data,
  • and users.
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into reporting, forecasting, and operational processes.
  • Act as a force multiplier by improving team productivity through AI-assisted tooling.
Project Coordination & Solution Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of small-to-mid-sized technical initiatives (reporting, integrations, automations).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure
  • successful implementation.
  • Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between
  • business and engineering.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and communication for assigned initiatives.
Data Modeling & Governance
  • Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers for BI and reporting.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across multiple systems and locations.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, performance issues, and integration failures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business
  • Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role spanning BI, systems integration, ERP, or analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and data visualization best practices.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Experience with: SuiteScript and SuiteQL, NetSuite customization (SuiteApps, Suitelets, workflows)
  • Experience with API integrations and middleware tools
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).

Work Environment &  Language Requirements
  • Global remote position
  • Requires at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day
  • Minimal or no travel
  • Fluency in the English language; written and verbal proficiency (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale)
  • Reports to a U.S.-based Operations/Finance Leadership
