Job Description: We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a people-centric environment where communication, problem-solving, and service excellence matter, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and develop new leads via phone, email, and social channels.
- Prepare and send quotes/proposals
- Manage a disciplined pipeline within the CRM: log activities, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of course access.
- Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and promotional campaigns to support revenue growth.
- Support virtual events, webinars, and referral initiatives that bring in new business.
- Maintain accurate customer data, notes, next steps, and opportunity stages within the CRM.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, or account development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong communication skills — professional, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
