We are looking for a confident, high-energy Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Provide clear, accurate information about courses and customer accounts
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Contribute to sales and upselling opportunities
Meet or exceed KPIs (CSAT, call handling time, conversion targets)
Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
2–4 years of customer service experience (high-volume call center preferred)
Experience supporting U.S.-based customers strongly preferred
Clear, neutral English accent and excellent communication skills (non-negotiable).
Strong phone presence and ability to think on your feet
Proven ability to meet performance targets
Sales experience is a plus
Spanish is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote, performance-based environment
Technical Requirements

Quiet, professional home office setup
Reliable equipment
Full-time | Remote
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
