Job Description:
- Drive new business in the education technology sector with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Identify, qualify, and close inbound opportunities
- Build and develop long-term relationships and look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with assigned appointment setter (SDR) on better client engagement
- Stay informed on ed-tech trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product development and service.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the US market (Mandatory)
- Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
