Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment function and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple international markets. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute effective hiring strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, enhance employer branding, and work closely with the HR Director to support workforce planning and growth objectives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and high-volume roles across markets such as the US, Philippines, India, and Europe.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence across all regions.
- Build and manage international talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the HR Director and department heads to understand headcount plans, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
- Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques, assessment best practices, and global hiring standards.
- Manage ATS recruitment workflows and ensure accurate, up-to-date candidate data.
- Work closely with HR Executives and the HR Director on offer approvals, negotiations, and pre-boarding coordination.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives together with the Marketing team.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and work with the Automation team on automation of recruitment processes.
- Produce regular recruitment dashboards and reports for HR leadership.
- Track and analyze key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven global recruitment experience is required, ideally across the US, Philippines, India, and Europe.
- 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience managing high-volume and senior-level international hiring.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
- Working hours: 5am-2pm CST
