Role Overview

We’re looking for a UX Designer who is deeply passionate about understanding users, simplifying complexity, and creating intuitive, evidence-based experiences. This role is focused purely on user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and concept validation — not UI design.

You’ll work closely with product managers, data analysts, and design operations teams to shape seamless user flows and system experiences that are both meaningful and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in discovery workshops and translate findings into actionable UX strategies.
  • Create user journeys, personas, and experience blueprints to guide design decisions.
  • Map and optimize complex workflows, interactions, and end-to-end service experiences.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify insights and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with UI designers and product managers to ensure clarity between experience and interface layers.
  • Analyze feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics to continuously refine UX solutions.
  • Maintain design documentation, workflows, and deliverables that align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong foundation in user research, information architecture, and service design.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive and logical user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to clearly present rationale, findings, and design logic.
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-level systems.
  • Understanding of analytics tools and how to integrate data insights into UX decisions.
  • Background in usability testing or design research methodologies.

What We Value

  • Curiosity and a user-first mindset.
  • A balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • The ability to connect business goals with user needs.
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
