Overview:
Red River is a U.S.-based real estate development company specializing in build-to-rent projects. We manage every stage of our portfolio — from development and construction to leasing and property management. We are looking for a Call Center & Operations Manager to oversee our remote leasing support team and ensure efficient, high-quality service across all tenant and lead interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team handling inbound leasing inquiries, CRM updates, and tenant communication.
- Oversee day-to-day call center operations, ensuring consistent coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight CST.
- Train, coach, and monitor team performance to meet leasing and customer service KPIs.
- Manage lead assignment, follow-ups, and CRM data integrity within I Love Leasing and related systems.
- Collaborate with property management teams to improve communication flow and lead-to-lease conversion.
- Generate and present weekly performance reports to management.
- Handle escalation of complex tenant or leasing issues professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or call center operations.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong CRM proficiency (experience with I Love Leasing is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Locations:
- South Africa, Balkans, or the Philippines
Compensation:
- $2,500 USD/month (full-time remote role)
