Overview:
Red River is expanding its leasing operations and seeking dedicated Leasing & Call Center Specialists to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage CRM data, and support prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
- Qualify leads, provide property information, and schedule appointments with on-site leasing teams.
- Maintain accurate lead records and communication logs in I Love Leasing CRM.
- Support leasing agents with follow-ups, application tracking, and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure full coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight CST.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, real estate leasing, or call center operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM or lead management systems.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to shift schedules.

- South Africa, Balkans, or the Philippines
